Kuda Dashboard Messaging Tiles

Dashboard card/tiles to show information and important messages on the kuda app sent from iterable.
Currently the in-app pop up messages we have covers the whole of the screen which jars the experience and should mostly be used for big important news rather than subtle less aggressive messaging. Also we have selection of tiles which lands on the dashboard however if a user has multiple tiles, this pushes down the transaction list and impacts the experience for the user. We want to be able to send messages to the user using native tiles where messages will fall one behind the other and include a message prioritisation to decide which messages are shown first to customers when they are received in the mobile app.
Problems & Opportunity
Problem
We know that we receive on a monthly basis around 1.8m unique logins per month, all of these customers land on the dashboard however as it stands we have no way to easily create, optimise and implement new means of messaging for these users which doesnt impact the Kuda experience
Opportunity
How might we provide in-app messaging tool for users to see important information on thier dashboard
Project Objective
Have users see important messages and information by:
Enabling tile messages to be sent to customers through Iterable on the Dashboard
Iterations & Options
To give the user a better experience on the dashboard, we decided to put all the list of things the user needs to set up their account in one tile and call it the page “Account Setup” instead of having it all vertically placed on the dashboard. We also introduced iterable messaging tiles on the dashboard. With all the tiles placed horizontally side by side each other in a carousel form for better user experience.
Dashboard
First Iteration
In this first iteration, i started off by creating only one tile for the Account set up card and illustration. Once clicked on it takes the user to a page to complete all their account set up. this page has tabs to open another segment called the “App tour”, for the user to explore kuda all features.
Final Iteration
Here, i made different changes both on the account set up tile and the iterable messaging tiles. I also took out the explore kuda card for app tour because it won’t be available on this first build.
The “Setup your Account” card now has four steps to be done. Adding the “Biometrics tile” and “Username tile”. with the “Add money” and “Invite friends” now as dismissible tiles. Once the user is done with account set up the tile on the dashboard disappears.
In the account setup screen we needed a way to let the user know when its a NIgerian🇳🇬 account or a Uk🇬🇧 account by adding the flag to the right of the heading text. Because there is no “Increase your limit” in Uk account.
We also had to prioritise the iterable messaging tile arrangement in order of importance. and certain colors for some tiles like “Account restriction” and “Alerts” to show their importance.
Final Prototype

Second Iteration
In this next iteration i explored different colors and styles for the various iterable messaging tiles.
